Prices and payment

Every piece is sold at the fixed price shown on its label and on this website. All prices are inclusive of taxes. We accept UPI, cards and cash.

Sizes

Rings, bangles and bracelets can be made in any size. We only need one day's notice, so please let our team know when you visit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome. If a piece is not quite right for you, our team will gladly help you choose another from the boutique. We do not offer returns or refunds.

Our Guarantee of Quality

The quality of every piece we make is guaranteed, with no time limit. If a piece ever proves defective in its materials or craftsmanship, please bring it to our boutique. Our team will look after you personally: we will take the piece back and offer you a piece of equal value from the collection in exchange.

International shipping and tax-free purchase can be arranged for visitors from abroad. Please contact the boutique and our team will explain the details.

Caring for your jewellery

Our jewellery is crafted in pure 925 sterling silver, with natural gemstones. Some pieces are finished in gold plating. A little care keeps each piece looking its best:

Keep it dry. Remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing or exercising, and avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, sunscreen and household cleaners.

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch, away from damp, so it does not scratch or tarnish.

Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth, or a silver polishing cloth for polished silver. For gold-plated pieces, wipe lightly and avoid abrasive polish, which can wear the plating.

Natural stones are strong but not indestructible. Avoid hard knocks, and avoid heat and ultrasonic cleaners, especially for opal and other softer stones.
